1. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made on Vision. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Orders and delivery

Our products are digital license keys. Your key is delivered instantly on the order confirmation page as soon as your payment is confirmed, and is also linked to your account.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Vision never sees or stores your card details.

4. Refunds & right of withdrawal

All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, you expressly agree that delivery begins as soon as the order is confirmed and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. No refund is granted after purchase.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, and every request must be reviewed and approved by an owner. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact us before taking any other action — open a support ticket or reach us on our Discord server.

5. Acceptable use

License keys are personal. Sharing, reselling or redistributing a key may lead to it being revoked without refund.
