Private, Slotted or Public: what's the difference?
The same product can come in three editions. The difference is how many people use it at the same time:
- Public: open to everyone, no limit on the number of users. It's the cheapest edition and it's always available.
- Slotted: a fixed number of places (slots). Each active license takes one slot; when every slot is taken, the product shows All slots taken and a place frees up as soon as a license expires. The shop shows how many slots are left. Fewer users than Public, and slotted licenses can't be paused, so every slot stays in use.
- Private: made for one single user — you. The key, the loader, the driver, everything is built just for you, with guaranteed support. It's our best edition. You buy it in the shop like any other edition, then contact us on Discord or open a ticket: tell us what you want (the color, what goes in it, anything you like) and we build your Private edition specially for you.
Whatever the edition, you get your key and the loader the same way: from your dashboard.
How do I get my key?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your key appears on the confirmation page and is sent to your email. If you were signed in when you paid, it is also saved in your dashboard.
How do I use my key?
Sign in and open your dashboard, download the loader, launch it and enter your key. If you bought without being signed in, add the key to your account from your dashboard under Have a key?.
Where do I download the loader?
Only from your dashboard: the Download button next to your license gives you the latest version. It stays available for as long as your license is active.
What does /redeem do on Discord?
Run /redeem with your key in our Discord server to get the Customer role. It only gives you the role: the loader is downloaded from your dashboard. Not on the server yet? Join our Discord.
Is my key tied to my PC?
Yes. Each key is locked to one PC (HWID) the first time you launch the loader. It won't work on another computer, so a key can't be shared.
I changed my PC or hardware. What now?
Open your dashboard and click Reset HWID next to your license. Our team reviews the request, then the key locks to the next PC you launch it on.
When does my access time start?
For timed licenses (1 day, 1 week, 1 month…), the clock starts the first time you launch the loader, not when you buy. Lifetime licenses never expire.
Can I pause my license?
Timed licenses can be paused from your dashboard once every 7 days: the remaining time is kept and restarts when you resume. Slotted products can't be paused, so every slot stays available to someone who uses it.
Do I keep my Discord role?
Yes. The Customer role you get with /redeem stays on your account, even after a timed license ends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the other methods Stripe offers at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
My key doesn't work. What now?
Check that you copied all of it, with no extra spaces. If it still fails, open a ticket from your dashboard or on Discord with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final because keys are delivered instantly. Exceptional cases are reviewed one by one: see the terms and contact us before doing anything else.
